The eQuantX Pharma Analytics Solutions team consists of life science experts with diverse proficiency in areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Respiratory, Metabolic Disorders, Neuroscience, Rare and Ultra-rare Indications, Cell Biology, Infectious Diseases, and more. While the majority of our consultants hold advanced degrees like M.Pharm/M.Tech/PhD/MBBS/M.B.A., we also extend opportunities to professionals with a bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm/MSC/BDS) at junior positions, provided they bring 1-2 years of relevant work experience, especially in the biopharma sector. Our Data Science team members possess additional expertise in data analysis, supported by backgrounds in statistics and Computational Engineering. They also bring custom software development skills, encompassing proficiency in various technical languages and tools. Although prior consulting experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for joining our dynamic team.

A new team member joining after completing their degree will typically start as an Analyst. Individuals with substantial industry experience may join as an Associate/Consultant or a Manager. We conduct career reviews every six months, providing each Associate/Consultant with the opportunity to advance in their career towards the next position.

The hiring process at eQuantX typically involves three interview rounds. It commences with an introductory discussion with a relevant team member from the concerned department. Following this, candidates will be presented with a case study to solve, demonstrating their analytical and problem-solving skills. The process includes a technical assessment round to evaluate proficiency and skills in specific areas. The final stage involves a discussion round with the HR team. The timeline for completing all interview rounds usually spans a two-week period. Given the high volume of applications, the recruiting process may take some time. As a general guideline, we aim to process and evaluate applications within 2-3 weeks.

eQuantX is headquartered in Gurgaon, India. At eQuantX, we recognize the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Our home office/work from home policy allows employees to have a degree of flexibility in their work arrangements. However, for junior level/entry-level positions, we usually ask them to work from the office to provide a structured learning environment.
