eQuantX as a subject matter experts, responsible for developing and conducting different educational initiatives for our clients including training sessions and scientific symposia to educate HCPs and internal teams on the products' therapeutic uses, benefits, and safety. eQuantX lead the development of the medical communication material to ensure cohesive dissemination of evidence across multiple functions, enabling informed, confident decision making with maximum clinical impact for the assets in development for our clients. We are also synthesizing and communicating medical and health economic information to support launch, payer access, and reimbursement decisions for the newly developing assets for our clients

eQuantX work closely with medical affairs and clinical research teams in clinical trials and data analysis to design and conduct clinical trials. Once the data is collected, we analyze the trial data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders. We supports clinical trials by identifying and engaging with external medical experts who serve as investigators and provide input on design, site identification, and enrollment

eQuantX identify individuals with expertise in specific therapeutic areas and then categorize or map them based on their level of influence. Next, we create individual profiles that detail their expertise in niche medical domains and spheres of influence. The Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement plan we develop outlines how the company should interact with KOLs, addressing their scientific and medical needs, and defining the methods required to maintain strong KOL relationships.

We assess the outcomes through various means, including KOL surveys, the number of interactions, and more. We also involve KOLs in the planning process, bringing them into discussions to ensure their valuable input is considered

In assisting the medical affairs team with their publication planning, we play a pivotal role in executing several essential steps.

These steps encompass strategic publication planning, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, fostering collaboration with medical writers, careful selection of target journals, adeptly addressing reviewer comments, and facilitating the dissemination of research findings. We continuously monitor the dynamic landscape of evolving research findings and novel clinical endpoints, ensuring that our approach aligns with the overarching medical communication plan and strategy before we embark on specific tactical activities. This continuous engagement with key stakeholders remains integral to the success of our endeavors

Our MI experts direct, collect, analyze and disseminate medical information which is critical for marketing authorization holder and the patient/consumer or healthcare provider. Our experts identify and report relevant safety information such as AEs, off-label use, medication errors misuse, abuse etc., to the appropriate function and advice on apposite medication use and handling.

They track and report safety concerns/ incident management and trends and handle product quality complaints (PQC) and follow-up, as per regulatory reporting requirements

In supporting medical affairs functions, we establish connections with healthcare providers and researchers, enabling us to maintain an ongoing process of monitoring and designing real-world studies related to product usage. After the evidence is meticulously generated and analyzed, our dedicated teams play a pivotal role in disseminating these findings to the medical community and other stakeholders.
