Dr. Mukesh Kumar

Executive Director – Delivery, Scientific CI

Mukesh assumed the role of Vice President – Delivery & Innovations, Scientific CI Practice, at eQuantX in August 2019. Before joining our team, Dr. Mukesh established an illustrious career with over 15 years of dedicated research experience in both small molecule and biologics, primarily in the fields of oncology and neurology. His expertise encompasses a wide array of skills, including recombinant DNA, phage display technology, antibodies, immune-oncology (with a focus on K-RAS, checkpoint inhibitors, oncolytic therapies), immunotherapeutics (RNA and protein/human monoclonal antibody-based products), cancer stem cells, chemoresistance, Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR), and SDS-PAGE.
With a Ph.D. background, Dr. Mukesh's research centers on recombinant antibody-mediated tumor targeting. His contributions to the field are evident through various citations, including those related to enhancing the efficacy of drug combinations in different oxygen environments, targeted cytosolic drug delivery using engineered Sendai viral envelopes, and innovative approaches to tackle chemo-resistance and stemness in glioma cells.

Anita Rawat

Director, Finance and Legal

Anita assumed the role of Director - Finance & Global Marketing at eQuantX Pharma Analytics Solutions in December 2018. With over 12 years of diverse experience spanning finance, HR, talent acquisition, office administration, and process establishment, Anita possesses a robust skill set enriched by analytical and interpersonal capabilities.

Her career journey includes successful leadership roles in multinational companies, both domestically and internationally. Anita is an MBA graduate in Human Resource Management and Personnel Administration from Christ University, Bangalore, India. She specializes in negotiation, client engagement, and client onboarding within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Her primary role involves cultivating and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service experiences.

Peeyush Potdar

Practice Head, Competitive Intelligence, Market Access and Pricing

Joining Date : 2018 Onwards, India

Peeyush has been a valuable part of the eQuantX team, serving as Practice Head for Competitive Intelligence, Market Access, and Pricing Analytics Since July 2021. With over 12 years of diverse experience in business consulting and research support, he specializes in competitive intelligence, BD&L activities, KOL management, business research, and analytics services. His contributions extend to the development of market insight focused on various therapy areas, particularly orphan and ultra-orphan indications, as well as conducting market intelligence assignments spanning the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and health insurance verticals.

Mr. Peeyush is a holder of an MBA in "Pharma Management" from the esteemed National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER) in Mohali, India. He boasts expertise in scientific research, market access and commercialization, and lifecycle management for both new and mature assets. His competencies further extend to the creation of AI/ML-based analytics platforms for monitoring global conferences, social media analytics, and conducting patient outcomes research.

Chinmaya Senapati

Practice Head, Asset Valuation and Forecasting

Chinmaya has been a valuable part of the eQuantX team, serving as Practice Head for Asset Valuation and Forecasting since December 2018. With over 14 years of diverse experience in business analytics, pharma forecasting, asset valuation, and commercialization, his key responsibilities include providing analytical and consulting services for designing, delivering, and executing projects related to asset valuation and forecasting. He creates therapy-level long-term patient base and sales base forecasts by engaging key stakeholders to arrive at assumptions for robust analysis. Leveraging his strong quantitative and analytic abilities, he integrates and analyzes complex data effectively.

Priyanka Negi

Lead, New Business Development

Priyanka Negi joined eQuantX as Manager of Business Development and Partnering in January 2018. A dynamic professional with over 8 years of diverse experience across Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare/Life Sciences, specializing in sales/marketing and business development. Priyanka holds a Master’s degree in "Marketing Management" from Delhi University, New Delhi, India, and has expertise in lead generation and business development. Committed to delivering customized support tailored to clients' needs, focusing on competitive intelligence, pipeline analysis, epidemiology research, management consulting, strategic planning, and portfolio analysis within the pharma and life science industries

Krystle Karoscik

Director, Global Relationship and Partnering US

Joining Date: 2020 Onwards, US

Krystle Karoscik joined the eQuantX business development team in December 2020, bringing with her over 12 years of rich experience in clinical research and program management. She has led cross-functional teams and managed global clinical trials, specializing in neurology and oncology program planning for novel therapeutics. Krystle possesses extensive expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and financial reporting, along with proficient medical writing skills for protocols, consents, and study reports. She is also skilled in qualitative program evaluation and interpreting quantitative statistics.
Krystle holds a degree in Executive Doctorate in Strategic Leadership in Clinical Trial Research, a Master of Liberal Arts in Neuroscience/Neurochemistry and Bioethics. With her background as a management consultant, she brings demonstrated operational and strategic development experience in biopharma entrepreneurship

Md. Irfan

Sr. Manager, Global Relationship and Partnering US

Mohammad Irfanuddin has been associated with eQuantX as Senior Manager - Global Relationship and Partnering since December 2019, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in Business Development. In his current role, he oversees relationship development with top-level pharma and medical device stakeholders, offering comprehensive consulting support in areas such as HEOR, Market Access, Competitive Intelligence, Asset Valuation & Forecasting, and Business Analytics. In addition to his tenure at eQuantX, Mohammad has served as a Business Development Manager for Vituscare and Nephroplus, where he played a key role in establishing World-Class Dialysis Centers through partnerships with corporate hospitals. He has also worked with top pharmaceutical companies including Novartis and Dr. Reddys. Irfan holds an MBA degree in "International Business" from the London School of Commerce, London, UK, and has extensive experience in addressing client needs through capabilities presentations, proposal preparation, and negotiations on pricing and contract signing

K. Mohan

Mohan boasts an impressive track record of over 15 years in the Intellectual Property domain, with a strong focus on preparing and prosecuting patent applications.

He is a staunch advocate for the patentability of IT inventions. His journey commenced upon graduating from the esteemed Nottingham University in the UK in 1996. He embarked on his professional career with Shearn, a renowned legal firm, and subsequently assumed a leadership role in the patent department of another respected organization.

In 2004, he took a pivotal step by co-founding Adastra, an IP firm equipped to cater to diverse client needs. Throughout his career, Mr. Mohan has cultivated strong relationships with the Malaysian Patent Office and has demonstrated proficiency in handling foreign prosecutions, particularly in the context of the PCT route, US, and European applications. His extensive network encompasses collaborations with patent counsels worldwide.

Dr. N. Kumar

As a solutions-oriented leader, Dr. Kumar offers a unique blend of business acumen and technical prowess, boasting over 20 years of experience in roles spanning Business Consulting and Project Management. His versatile skill set includes in-depth expertise in data integration architecture, SQL, and a range of technologies, including Java, Python, R, machine learning, and AI.
With extensive experience in working with automation and process-oriented products, particularly in the dynamic field of the pharmaceutical industry, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to align day-to-day operations with overarching business objectives. His proficiency extends to establishing and nurturing valuable client and vendor relationships, underpinned by strong communication skills. Furthermore, he has a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, providing the guidance, training, and support required to ensure the punctual and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services
